How to win back a cold prospect
even when the answer may be NO

Today’s non snoozeletter is a 1 minute 50 second read on perfecting your sales messaging. A strong sales process will follow a series of creative touches backed up by a system to peek your prospect´s interest.
Here comes the sales cadence..! A well designed one focused on
First off, its normal to have a prospect go silent.
It can be for any number of reasons.
Before I send any kind of email or LinkedIn DM, I pick up the phone.
Why? Because the phone is the fastest way to get an answer!
But what if they don’t answer the phone? Email or LinkedIn DM is my go to.
Here’s what I typically send:
Usually when I don't hear back after sending the solution overview, it's because of 1 to 3 things
1.There's another conversation to have around pricing and scope
2.The project got de-prioritised
3.The timing right now is off
Now, which one is it?
You give the prospect options, they respond with a number…this takes the onus of them writing you a long winded reply.
Take not of the 3 x Ps.
Be PROACTIVE in getting a response, yes OR no
Be PERSISTENT not pushy.
PRACTICE!
