It`s time to RESET your pipe to ZERO and power up for a new quarter and new year.

In this non snoozeletter, you will find some tips on how to rev up and 3x your pipeline so you can forecast and sell 2x more in Q1. 

Some of your prospects will enter a new budget cycle this quarter….be on the ball and put some thought into your outreach. Don`t be a leech with your outreach, be different and be intrigued.

Here`s what you can do with your prospects:

  1. Go back to your CLOSED LOST from last year, in salesforce or LinkedIn Sales Nav, create a list. Look to target new personas in those accounts

  2. Look for opportunities to UPSELL to existing customers

  3. Identify your key accounts for this quarter, 5 to 8 accounts, 8-10 key personas in each

  4. Look for TRIGGERS, have they changed jobs in the last 90 days, new funding? Company or personal news?

  5. Have they been active on LinkedIn and commented on posts, set the BELL on their posts so you don`t miss liking and commenting

  6. Research new pain points and challenges, a new year brings new problems

  7. Ask for more REFERRALS…this is a proven faster way to book more meetings

  8. Gives INSTEAD of GETS..

  9. STAND OUT, no boring “happy new year” messages…send a 30 second, fun and personalized video message

  10. Identify a new ICP - are there customer profiles you COULD sell to but AREN`T?
