The sales cadence with a 60% reply rate

which doesn't annoy your prospect

Hello to +2,900 sellers and creative entrepreneurs who have decided to keep it real, authentic and actionable.

Today’s non snoozeletter is a 1 minute 50 second read on perfecting your sales messaging. A strong sales process will follow a series of creative touches backed up by a system to peek your prospect’s interest.

Here comes the sales cadence..! A well designed one focuses on this:

-Timing: When to reach out to prospects, what is the trigger?
-Content: What messaging to use at each touchpoint.
-Channel: Which method of communication to use.
-Sequence: The order in which to engage with different touchpoints

The goal is to make the sales process as efficient and effective as possible, by delivering the right message, at the right time, through the right channel.

The cadence uses a good mix of different interactions across email, social, phone, text/whats app and video.

Here is one of my cadences over 12 days:

Day 1 Email, call, LinkedIn connect (blank or with a note, the choice is yours)

Day 3 Email, call

Day 4 Call

Day 5 Email with video

Day 8 LinkedIn DM, voice note preferably

Day 9 Email, call

Day 10 Call, suggest whats app or text

Day 11 Email

Day 12 LinkedIn again

Now, plan out what the messaging will look like across the entire sequence.

Which part of the cadence is more challenging to you? Drop me a reply.
