After 10 Interviews, I thought I'd be failing - Here's why rejection was the BEST thing to happen to me.
10 interviews with Google in 2007, yet I got rejected.
I hit rock bottom. I was convinced I'd get the job. I wanted to work with a brand like Google. I put myself under a lot of pressure to get the job. I even tied my happiness to getting the job.

Step 1:
Reflect - I spent time understanding what went wrong, taking a hard look at my skills and where I needed to improve.
Step 2:
Learn - I equipped myself with new skills, I went on to be self employed and commission only - I worked with different clients.
Step 3:
Network - I reached out to new people, and even made new connections that helped me expand my horizons.
Step 4:
Persevere - I continued to apply for jobs, even when I faced rejection. Each "No" made me more determined to get a "Yes".
Step 5:
Believe - I never stopped believing in myself. Even when the world said no, I said YES to myself.
Fast forward to today, and I have closed $15m in sales throughout my career. And I have been voted one of the top 30 Saleswomen to follow on LinkedIn.
Remember you’re not just a sales professional; I am a symbol of resilience, perseverance, and unwavering belief.
So, to anyone out there facing rejection, remember, it's just a stepping stone.
