Getting ghosted after giving price?

Here`s what you can do to get a reply

Saturday and Charlotte`s Sales Shares #9 is out!

Hello to 433 people and 74 newbies since the last edition who have decided to keep it real, authentic and actionable.

This one is a 2 minute read on what to do when you`ve given price and your prospect/buyer ghosts you.

Not a great feeling is it. It feels like your deal has stalled and as a seller your job is to advance the process and help your buyer solve their pain now rather than later.

First and foremost, don`t wait for a reply, pick up the phone and call them

You will likely get a response faster. Now you ask, what if they don`t pick up

Send an email. In the email, here`s what you need to do. LOOK for the “no”

But why do this? Simple by looking for a potential wrong answer you prompt your prospect to correct you and give a right answer

It`s called Cunningham`s law…which is "the best way to get the right answer on the internet is not to ask a question; it's to post the wrong answer."

Subject line: Have I lost you?

Body: Hey Charlotte, (insert recent news item)

Typically when I don´t hear back after sharing pricing, it´s usually one of these reasons

1 You haven`t finalised budget and you`re too nice to tell me

2 Life got super busy

3This project is no longer a priority so the pricing doesn`t make sense right now

Which one is it? Reply with a 1, 2 or 3

Now usually 7 times out of 10 I will get a reply saying, “oh gosh, I got caught up with work, or I`ve been out at a conference, or no I was off sick”

You have your answer and it wasn`t hard now was it?

Trying but failing to overcome objections? What about if you could prevent them..?

Want to get my guide to objection prevention with over 100 battle tested responses at PRE SALE PRICE?
