I followed up on day 3..some people say that is too much. But your prospects are being bombarded with a lot of emails and most of those emails miss the mark.
You need to ensure you craft a powerful follow up email and I usually do this on day 3. You want to make it easy for your prospect to respond.

1.It focuses on negative bias…projects not converting into jobs. Studies show that the feeling of loss can be 2X more powerful than the pleasure of gain.
This is the root of Negativity Bias. Your buyers unconsciously pay attention to negative or adverse news, trends, and stories, so they can avoid potential losses in the future.
2.It uses a specific number range of 81-89% not converting, which is massive
3.Asks a provocative question…How are you ensuring this doesn’t happen to you?
And this question gets the prospect thinking.
4.Doesn’t ask for the meeting..this removes friction and the feeling of being sold to.
5.Offers to share a case study to showcase how a competitor managed to avoid this pipeline loss. A case study is a powerful real world example of how your solution or service helped a similar customer.
