Most messaging fails on different channels because the seller fails to speak in the language of their prospect.
Not all your prospects are ready to buy on LinkedIn, so knowing their top 2-3 challenges inside out for when you send a LinkedIn DM, cold email or (I know you may hate it), do a cold call is paramount.
And those challenges can change from quarter to quarter.

3.Problem 1 - New product launch campaign
4.Indicator of problem 1 - Pulling together insights and data is a headache
5.Impact of problem 1 on persona - Takes 5 hours or more, anxiety and stress inducing
6.Impact of problem 1 on business - Wrong data and insights means launching with wrong messaging, wrong campaign, missed KPIs and ROIs (aka lost sales and revenue)
7.Solution: We give marketers insights and visibility in real time so they can plan for a new product launch campaign with confidence knowing they can achieve KPIs and tie the ROI earned to the campaign itself.
